The Book also covers the topics relating to compliance management by a company after its incorporation like, Board and General Meetings, directors, charges, issuance of shares, debentures, acceptance of deposits, appointment and changes in the directors, related party transactions, loans, advances and investments, requirement for filing of the forms, etc. so that after incorporation of the company, the promoters and/or consultants are well aware of the various requirements of the laws applicable to a private company for due compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
The present Edition is a combination of the theoretical, practical and jurisprudential issues. The relevant rules, circulars, notifications, guidelines and regulations issued under the Companies Act, 1956 have also been given at appropriate places along with comparable sections under the Companies Act, 2013 with a view to identifying them easily in a simplified manner. Dr. Jain is qualified as Insolvency Professional and having international professional qualification of Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
