He has added many features to his cap during his active service, such as being appointed as Controlling Authority and later on as Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. He has also worked as authority under Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and under Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954. He was also a Commissioner under the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923. Besides Quasi-Judicial positions, he held various senior positions like a Supervisor of the Enforcement of labour laws and as a Conciliation Officer, handling all types of Industrial Disputes by settling all complicated matters. His vast experience includes working as Registering and Licensing Officer under contract Labour (R &A) Act, 1970. Further, he was also a Certifying Officer under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act. He also served as a Deputy Labour Commissioner with a vast team of Assistant Labour Commissioners, Labour officers and Inspectors.
The currently practicing advocate is also the author of another very popular and widely selling book- “Handbook of Compliances under Labour Laws”.
