Some of the Chapters require a special mention. The Chapter on Agreements is very comprehensive covering Agency, Brokerage and underwriting, Building and Engineering, Copyright, Advertisement, Labour, Service and Miscellaneous Agreements. All the banking forms, documents relating to banking and negotiable instruments have been given followed a little later by a very detailed and exhaustive chapter on company forms and documents.
