Part 2: This part is an association/combination of study/research carried out on multiple diverse and ancillary sub-topics, areas, and subjects relating to the contemporary and dynamic practice area of Forensic Accounting and Investigation.
Part 3: Practical case studies, which have possibly not been extensively discussed and known, have been identified and summarised lucidly in this part

Jyot Baxi is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’). He ventured into the forensic area from the very early post-qualification days and undertook the certificate course offered by ICAI in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (‘FAFD’). He has been an avid learner and student of this field ever since and has had core on-field experience in this niche domain in the nascent phase of his professional career. Jyot has an early stage proficiency through his role at a reputed MNC consulting firm in this discipline; also has had an exposure of grasping the understanding of diverse topics of this subject matter while interacting with various stakeholders including regulators, corporate executives, advisors, policy makers, practitioners, educationalists, and avid learners.
He aspires to contribute in multiple ways and compounding capacities to this forensic accounting and investigations discipline. Jyot is passionate about research, studies, and further academic involvement in Forensic Accounting and Investigations.
