The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is an Act to consolidate and amend the provisions relating to offences and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

This book comprises the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, with Short Comments on sections along with Comparative Table of Indian Penal Code, 1860 with Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Classification of Offences and Punishments and Table of Offences and Punishments to provide the overall valuable information on the subject.
