Co-author of the Practical Guide to Service Tax and jointly compiled GST Tariff and How to Tackle Service Tax Problems, published by Bharat Law House. He is a Managing Committee member of Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce and heads the GST and Customs committee. Permanent Invitee of FICCI Telangana State Steering Committee and a past member of Regional Advisory Committee of Central Excise & Service Department, Hyderabad
 

Lakshman Kumar Kadali :

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2016 and is a Partner in the same firm heading the Legal Division of Hyderabad Branch. He appears before various tax authorities including the CESTAT and is an active contributor of case law updates and articles on various professional forums. He is active in mentoring Article students in preparation of their exams. His key area of specialisation includes Indian GST litigation and Pre-GST Litigation including Customs & FTP. He is also involved in contributing seminars for various professional institutes including ICAI and has contributed background research for books such as “GST Judicial Precedents’’ published by Taxsutra.
